It seems to me that as a group the Chinese restaurants (the all you can eat buffets), keep prices in the US much below other restaurants.
How do they do this and why don't other restaurants copy them?
Much below other all you can places or just other Chinese restaurants? These places don't usually have very good food. I love Chinese food and have never found an all you can eat place that was worth a 2nd visit.
